Full Examination

During your exam, we will take the time to examine all aspects of your oral health, keeping a close eye out for any issues that can be treated early or better yet, prevented. We may recommend preventive measures like sealants or fluoride, especially for our younger patients. As a part of our commitment to using the latest technology, we use Spectra, a non-invasive cavity detection aid that allows us to detect decay in its very earliest stages.

Professional Cleaning

During your regular checkup, a professional hygienist will thoroughly clean your teeth to prevent buildup of plaque that can lead to tooth decay, and remove bacteria from the gum line that could lead to gum disease.

Oral Cancer Screening

As a part of your examination, we will perform a thorough oral cancer screening, during which we’ll be looking for early warning signs of the disease. Early detection is the key to successful treatment.

Digital X-Rays (when necessary)
